I believe we all live very unique stories…
Our stories are complex and cannot be summed up in a few short words.
My story goes somewhat like this: I am Jesus’s girl and have called Rhode Island home for all 21 years of my life. I really like coffee (only iced) and Coke Zero (I know it’s bad but it’s the truth). I’m a lover of laughter and smiling. I enjoy anything that has to do with details and making things pretty. I have the best friends and the best family. My nickname is Lilac or Lulu and I love flowers. In my family, we say “see you later”, never “bye”.
See, I don’t like to write about myself because I’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure out who I am and I can never seem to squeeze it all together into a neat, tailored description. None of the quirky things above truly describe who I am.
I have simplified it into one short sentence…
I’m a child of God.
(everything else loses value when I say that)
That’s why I’m here. To encourage, even if it’s just one person, to know who they are in the fullness of God because I too constantly need encouragement to keep my eye on the prize and purpose of my life.
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you feel encouraged by the time you say “see you later”! I’d love to get to know you – make sure to say hello!
